Flexible Management Features

A range of advanced management tools provides you with a superior website whilst giving you power and flexibility to manage it yourself:

• Change Management (separate "Change", "Production", and "Backup" copies)
  This means you edit your website on the "Change" copy. Once it is ready to go live you can backup the current content and then make the change copy live. If there's a mistake, you can revert to Backup.
   
• Search Engine META specification
  This allows you to enter details to tell Search Engines about your website.
   
• Friendly URLs (eg. www.your-site.com/product_widget)
  This is not only convenient for you to refer to parts of your website but it is also highly "search engine friendly".
   
• Multiple menus
  This allows you to create a number of different menus that can be displayed at different parts of the website.
   
• File Upload
  This allows you to load images, documents or other files to your website. For example, if you have product brochures in PDF format, you can load them onto your website and create links on the product page for website visitors to download the brochure.

How does it work?

We follow a number of steps to create a new CMS website:

1. We create a design for the website.
   This website design phase involves creating unique artwork that is specific to your website.
   We do not use pre existing layouts.
    
2. We create the Home page and one or more page templates.
   Typically each major section within the website will have its own custom-designed template.
    
3. We build your website administration tool.
   This is specific to your website. It includes all of the functionality required to add, edit, maintain and manage the website.

The result is an individually designed website, complete with an integrated, easy to use administration tool that allows you to maintain your own website.


What makes our CMS different?

Our CMS is a foundation of content management technology, rather than an 'off the shelf' product.

This gives us the advantage of a low-cost, highly functional content management system with the additional benefit of it being completely customisable to meet any requirement. Also, rather than just being able to 'add features', our CMS was actually designed to support user-specific requirements.

Consider for example the desire to get a standard website but with some unique features. Using our CMS we are able to create the website and provide maintenance on all of the standard pages. We can then create the unique features and fully integrate them into the website AND into the administration tools for the website.
