A new version of eNewsletters Online has just been released which incorporates many new features requested by our customers, with step-by-step guides to make creating your own email newsletters even easier. So, what's new in this release? Well, everything...

General Features

• A new Home page now has quick links to major areas;
• Comprehensive online Help with Search capability;
• Context sensitive popup help for many sections throughout the system;
• Step-by-step wizards to guide you through;
• A new My Account section to give you control over your account.

Newsletters

• A new Mac-compatible WYSIWYG Editor
  (tested & supported on Safari v2.0.x on Mac OS X);
• A 'Reports' link allows you to view reports relating to that specific newsletter;
• A new range of Generic template themes is now available.

Mailing Lists

• A new "My Test List" for testing your newsletter before sending it to a full list;
• Improved send performance - send to large lists quicker;
• Easily see member status on each list and filter your lists by member status;
• Summary statistics of all your lists on one page.

Reporting

• Open rate statistics for your newsletter;
• Monthly Send Reports - straight to your inbox as well as online;
• Send tracking so you can monitor sends in progress and resend any failed emails.
