IBM publishes eNewsletters Online Case Study

IBM in the US recently showcased eNewsletters Online in a Case Study of how Edible Blooms, an Australian-based gourmet gift company, uses eNewsletters Online and a bi-monthly newsletter as the core of their direct marketing strategy.
