From 1 October 2010, Elk Software Group is a part of the national IBM Busness Partner Stratatel (ASX:STE).

We are pleased to announce that on Friday 1 October 2010, Stratatel Limited formally acquired Elk Software Group.

Stratatel is a National Premier Software Business Partner with over 15 years experience in providing quality assured IBM software and licence solutions to clients, ranging from SMEs to enterprise organisations.

Stratatel holds certifications across IBM’s six pillars; Lotus, Tivoli, Rational, WebSphere, Information Management and Business Intelligence.

All of the Elk team have joined the Stratatel team and are continuing their software development work, bringing with them their vast knowledge and experience in this area. Elk has a proven record specialising in development of web-based business solutions and the development of websites with online functionality.

This acquisition continues to move Stratatel towards establishing the company as one of IBM’s leading National Software Business Partners deploying successful solutions that improve our customers’ businesses.
