Elk solution becomes international IBM Case Study

IBM has selected an Elk Consultants solution for an international case study on improving customer service through new technology.
Developed for Fleetcare, the my.fleetcare solution is a unique client internet portal and is the keystone of Fleetcare's entire fleet management system. my.fleetcare collects, records, validates and electronically reports on data for every one of the thousands of vehicles managed by Fleetcare.
Nigel Malcolm, Managing Director of Fleetcare said, "We find that my.fleetcare makes us seamlessly integrate into our clients' operations. It is designed to improve their fleet management efficiencies saving time and money across the multitude of operations that are required for the successful management of a fleet".
The my.fleetcare system was introduced in 2000 as part of a business development initiative following extensive consultation with clients. It has grown and developed since that time and offers a comprehensive management system which is exclusive to Fleetcare. Fleetcare have reported a 96% growth since my.fleetcare's introduction, which Mr Malcolm directly attributes to the my.fleetcare portal.
